2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This is in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (as implemented in national law, including in the Netherlands).
Withdrawal period: The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

2.1 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
2.2 Returning the Goods After Withdrawal
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Return shipping costs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item delivered, defective product, or damage caused in transit).

- Product is unused and undamaged

- Products that show signs of tampering
For sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may be lost if the seal is removed after delivery.

7. Damaged or Defective Products
7.1 Reporting Damage
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Description of the damage or defect
7.2 Resolution Options
For damaged or defective products, we will offer:
- Full refund (including shipping costs where applicable)
- Replacement product shipped at no additional cost
8. Wrong Item Received
